Reiki is said to be a form of relaxation and stress reduction that promotes healing.  It is actually an ancient Japanese method that is used as a form of energy balancing where the practitioner is able to direct Universal Life Force Energy to the client to assist the client to heal on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. It is not a religion -- it's a healing modality. The original was rediscovered and developed by Mikao Usui and is called Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki and it has three levels.  Level I works mostly with the physical level of healing. Level II works with emotional and mental issues, and Level III Reiki Master Teacher deals with the spiritual level, with the Master achieving more spiritual awareness, and learning how to teach and pass attunements to students.

 

The Academy teaches Reiki Levels I and II monthly in Eau Claire, WI. Classes are kept small, usually no more than 4 students, to provide individual attention as needed by the students. The Master/Teacher Level is taught one on one and is scheduled independently.  All Reiki Level certificates are through the Academy.

 

Classes are 9 am to 5 pm, include instruction, book, handouts, supplies, lunch, attunement and certificate, and practice time sensing and giving energy so you feel comfortable with this modality before you leave.

Reiki Level I

​

In Reiki Level I, you will learn the history of Reiki and how it works, how to sense energy with your hands, the hand positions when working on yourself and others, and we will also discuss how intuition helps you with the process. We will discuss the importance of grounding, Divine connection, clearing yourself, holding space for your client, and more.

Reiki Level II

 

With Reiki Level II, you will learn the first 3 sacred symbols, what they are and how to use them for many types of situations.  You will also learn to do Distance Healing, sending healing energy to others, as well as past, present, future, and even Karmic situations, and more.  Distance healing can be sent to the past when trauma occurred to help a person or client heal on the emotional/mental level.  Part of the discussion will also include talking about opening your own business.

Reiki Level III, Master/Teacher 

​

The Master/Teacher level is scheduled one on one with Audrey and is the Spiritual Level.  This level is for your own spiritual development and really incorporating Reiki practice into your daily life.  Class is centered around answering your questions, putting all the puzzle pieces together, as well as learning the Master symbols.  You will learn how to teach others and pass attunements with your own students.
